BetterHelp therapist Uber driver option

Good morning and happy Saturday.

If you have listened to a podcast in the last five years you've likely heard advertisements for BetterHelp. They provides options for people to meet with a therapist online. This removes barriers for people who live in remote areas, don't have a car, etc. It's made therapy more accessible for many.

However, I'm not sponsored by them and probably wouldn't take their money given how terrible a few of my friends experiences have been. BetterHelp exploded in popularity during the pandemic and it seems they let the quality l slip on who they allowed to work on their platform.

BetterHelp seems to be doing just fine and will likely continue to expand their reach. Another demographic to target would be busy individuals on the go.

What if you just don't have time? Well... maybe you'd pay a little extra if your Uber driver was a BetterHelp licensed therapist. You could get in person talk therapy at a time that works for you.

Still trying to decide if this is an amazing or terrible idea.
