Burn calories for more screen time

I'm not sure how many of you all are iOS users, but they have a great feature called "Screen Time". It allows you to specify how long you should spend using an app before it notifies you that you've reached your time limit.

However, there's a button that allows you to easily override this prompt and keep using the app anyways.

If we wanted to be more intense about the limitations we set for people, what if people were forced to burn calories in order to get more time on their favorite apps?

This would be frustrating for many, but it would also help people prioritize physical fitness, or at the very least encourage them to be active.
