Control 1 AirPod at a time
Total control of what you hear

According to a cursory Google search, 62% of iPhone owners use AirPods (or at least own them). This is astounding when we look back at how much the original design was ridiculed when first announced. What initially seemed like a small add-on has become a massive business for Apple. As a regular user, I can confirm it’s an amazing product.
One thing that is annoying about AirPods is charging them. I wish their battery life was longer, but I understand the limitations. The more annoying aspect is that 70% of the time 1 AirPod jumps back to 100% super fast while the other sits at 1% for a while before recharging. This got me thinking… what if there were a way to lean in on this divergence?
I can imagine an experience where you’re able to control to volume levels of each AirPod individually. This could be useful in some settings, but it might also be a way to speedrun hearing loss. Not sure on this one.
