Date Your Airbnb Host

Happy Wednesday all.

I've found in my experiences with Airbnb that hosts are typically amicable and professional as long as you don't do anything to mess up their home. It's a relatively straightforward exchange: money for a nice place to stay and you throw in some exorbitantly high cleaning fees.

One of the cool parts about Airbnb's now is you can see more details about a host, how long they've been on the platform, and whether or not they are a "Superhost". This is someone who provides great service whether it is their amazing personality or thoughtful additions to a typical Airbnb experience.

If there are so many great people hosting on Airbnb, I wonder if any of them are single 🤔

This could be a simple feature to start. You could see an indicator on a listing page if a host is single and available to being asked out on a date.

From there, the possibilities are endless. You could message the host and plan your date, and if things go well you might be able to stay at their place.

This would be extremely annoying as a host. Are people interested in you, or are they interested in your mid-century modern home in Palm Springs? Only one way to find out.
