Delta fine per cough

I’ve been getting over something for a while now. However, every time I think I’m “over it” I end up having to work late and then get pulled back into my cycle of sickness. It sucks. However, in 2 weeks the holiday for us officially begins and I can sleep. Yay.

This got me thinking about traveling when you’re sick. It’s the worst when you get on a plane and someone’s hacking away. What if this costed them something?

It’s interesting. This is actually a great incentive (though make the fines less egregious) to keep sick people away from traveling. Airlines would absolutely print money if they implemented this, though I imagine they would alienate a lot of their customers if this was actually something that got implemented.
