Figma Grok integration
Not the AI we need, but the AI we deserve

Everyone has their own set of AI tools. Some people use ChatGPT, others use Claude, while others still…. use Grok. I have to admit, I haven’t played too much with Grok yet, simply because I’ve been pretty locked into ChatGPT since I was an early user. I’m sure Grok is fine, but I haven’t had cause to use it over another platform.
If you use Twitter, you’re familiar with how often people reply to posts with the words, “@grok is this true?”. It’s a low-effort way to try and verify facts without putting in any effort. It' sometimes begets interesting results, but as with all AI products, the outputs vary a lot. This got me thinking… what if a design tool like Figma had a Grok integration? It’d be wild to see people try to quantify and explain otherwise subjective things like design and creative work.
Figma already has a robust set of AI products. That being the case, I don’t see a world where they’re chomping at the bit to implement this. They might build their own version, but I doubt it’d be implemented like Twitter does it.
