Give your coworkers "feedback" on Slack

Happy Wednesday all.

Many of us who work at large corporations are coming up on the time of year where we provide each other with feedback as part of the annual review process.

However, a good practice generally is to provide feedback on a more regular basis. To that end... what if there was a Slack feature to give "feedback" to your coworkers, but it's anonymously delivered to their manager?

To further expand on this idea, you could potentially have a custom reason for feedback in addition to the preset options you see above.

Originally I made this version of the design, but the profile view is a less common Slack screen so I decided to go with a simpler chat popup. It also felt much more petty in the context of the chat screen rather than profile.
