Google Maps stoplight override

For when you're really in a rush

I love Southern California. The weather is amazing, the people are pretty chill, there’s great food, and it’s close to some amazing nature and theme parks. However, the taxes and traffic can be pretty rough.

I vividly remember it taking about 15 minutes to drive a little less than a mile back when I lived in LA. It was the worst.

Sometimes you’re in a rush and cannot afford to be late. For those times, what if there was a solution? Introducing Google Maps traffic override. With this feature, you can pay a hefty fee and make every light green when you need to get somewhere in a hurry.

This would cause a lot of frustration for drivers, but if Google did find a way to partner with the government on this they would make a lot of money. I hope I never see a day when this becomes a reality.
