Google Maps toilet button

Going on a road trip and desperately needing to use the restroom is a right of passage for many young people (at least in the United States). I can remember as a kid waiting for the next restroom after downing whatever drink I brought way too fast.

Google has made it relatively easy to add stops for gas stations and restaurants when on the road. However, one problem they haven’t fully solved is the universal human need to just use the restroom.

What if redirecting to a toilet was as easy as tapping a button?

This button could live next to the laundry list of buttons on the right side of the map screen. My guess is this would get A LOT of use, but it’s not necessarily a value add for businesses when they have people coming by who just need to pee.
