Google Meet IQ Test

I’ve said dumb stuff in meetings before. People have also said dumb stuff in meetings I’ve attended. It happens. We’re human. However, at work, particularly in high-pressure jobs, there is an expectation that people are high performers both cognitively and in terms of execution.

This got me thinking about meeting platforms. What if, on apps like Google Meet, there was a feature that required you to take an IQ test (or at least a portion of one) before joining a meeting? I can imagine that the outcome of this might be unexpected. Some people in fairly high up positions might not be able to join a call, while some more entry level employees may crush this.

Companies have no real reason to do this, and definitely not Google. However, as a Chrome extension, this could be a fun, simple product.
