Insta Song DMs

As a musician, I’ve often found myself in a position where someone sends me a demo or a new track to listen to. I usually… skim it, but it’s rare that I’ll sit down and listen to the entire thing (I’m a busy guy, what can I say?).

The worst though is when someone sends you an extremely detailed take of your music and you have no idea how much time they spent on it. It’s just not right. This got me thinking about a way to hold these people accountable.

What if the DM UI showed how much of a song someone listened to? This would help you have a better understanding of whether or not they A) care about your music suggestions and B) if you should avoid sending them new music in the future.
