Instagram Literally Follow

Social media is a strange, strange thing. I have amassed a following that is quite large. So large in fact, that it outnumbers the population of my hometown (Fargo, North Dakota). It’s strange to visualize this many people congregated in one place.

This got me thinking. Online, you can follow the things people do on a social network. What if we took this more literally? Introducing, Instagram’s Literal Follow feature. With it, you can see where someone is and easily get real-time directions to their location.

This is horrifying for basically anyone who values their own privacy. However, there is viability to this idea on a more micro level (thus why Find My Friends exists). Regardless, the people would riot if this feature went into production.
