Instagram lock the stalk
If you're on their profile for too long, they should know

Social media is weird. You put up a representation of yourself/your life and if it’s public literally anyone on earth can look at it, in theory for as long as they want. Thankfully most people have lives to some extent and aren’t going to be hyper-fixated on whatever your content might be. Then again, a select few will.
This got me thinking about platforms like Instagram. What if there were a feature where you got locked on someone’s profile and couldn’t move until they were notified and reviewed it? Obviously 3 hours is a criminally long time and it should be something more like a couple minutes.
There’s no way Instagram builds this, though there’s potentially a world where they build more detailed analytics into your profile at some point. No idea what they have planned, but I’m sure developments to profiles will continue to happen here and there.
