iOS clear incoming call actions

People don’t spend as much time talking on the phone as they used to. However, I still seem to get hammered with spam calls pretty much daily. There was a period in early February when I got 20+ calls per day. Talk about exhausting. The only thing worse than getting a spam call is getting a spam call while you’re on the phone with someone else. The issue isn’t just the spam, it’s the extremely chaotic set of options that they give you. It’s five buttons that all look slightly different.

I wonder, seriously, if it would be easier to just list out options and have all of them be giant buttons or slide to accept actions. To be fair, visually this isn’t the most clean-looking solution, but it’s much easier to scan.

This might be not so much an unhinged idea as it is a simpler presentation than Apple’s current approach. That said, the screen has stayed the same for years and I doubt they’d change it now.
