LinkedIn Report Post to Manager

One more thing for managers to worry about

LinkedIn is a truly insane platform. For half their user base, it is a necessary evil where you keep your digital resume updated.

Then there are the power users. These people post their inspirational content, cringe content, and hot career takes to a sea of mildly engaged to extremely engaged individuals. It’s an entertaining yet slightly deranged place to spend your free time.

It seems there are no checks and balances for the power posters of LinkedIn. They go about, posting insane things and getting into arguments about the pay gap, very niche design issues, and so much more.

What if we added a layer of accountability by engineering the corporate structure into LinkedIn’s reporting tooling? More simply put, what if you could report someone’s post on LinkedIn directly to their manager?

First, you’d need to figure out how to integrate this with the existing corporate stack. It could get pretty interesting though if this was something people could figure out how to implement for most users.
