LinkedIn Super Apply feature

At the end of my college days, I was trying to find my first job. Unfortunately, I did not have the prospects or competency I now possess. I wasn’t bad at design per se, but I had a lot to learn (and still do).

I applied for over a hundred jobs on LinkedIn before landing something and it was not a great job. A job is a job though, and I was grateful.

LinkedIn made applying for jobs more frictionless with their “Easy Apply” feature. However, there is still a lot of friction in the process. What if we reduced the barrier to apply by creating a “Super Apply” feature where you could apply for every job on the platform at the same time?

This would destroy the typical recruitment process overnight. It would also unfairly preference people who have money at their disposal. To be fair, there’s a lot of inequality baked into the system as is.
