The gelatinously lemony goodness
Good morning and happy Monday.
I don’t know about you, but growing up I remember eating Krusteaz lemon bars from time to time. Usually lemon desserts aren’t my favorite, but something about the texture of these bars really stuck out to me.
In keeping with Mike’s Hard Mondays, this got me thinking… How might Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Krusteaz partner together to create a new category of desserts? If booze infused chocolate and ice cream are already a thing this can’t be far off.
The feasibility of this product is debatable (the booze would bake out), but regardless I could see these being a hit.
