Mike’s Hard Shell Tacos

Good morning and happy Monday.

I’m trying something new called ‘Mike’s Hard Mondays”. I made the Mike’s Hard sorbet concept about a month ago and it’s time to bring it back on a more regular basis.

So what if Mike’s Hard made a venture into Mexican food? There’s not as much viability here as a hard sorbet but nevertheless, it’d be an interesting collab to see them work with a brand like Ortega on something like this.
