Southwest cargo hold seats

If it's good enough for dogs, why not me?

Today I’m heading to the East Coast to spend Christmas with my family. More importantly, I’m taking time off and not working for 2 weeks. Sure, I’ll respond to emails and make these concepts, but the nonstop insanity of running a business is temporarily on hold, which is nice.

Flying during the holidays is stupidly expensive. Thankfully we secured our flights a few months ago, so I haven’t had to worry about this for a while. I was thinking though, what if there was a way to massively discount flights for people who want a cheaper option and don’t care about comfort?

Then it came to me: the cargo hold. If it’s good enough for dogs and bags, it’s got to be good enough for humans, right?

Yes, it is probably so cold that it would cause harm to anyone who opted for this option, but I bet you could stuff a lot of extra bodies in there for cheap, though the FAA wouldn’t like it very much.

Maybe this will get built, who knows?
