Taco Bell order accuracy odds
Can I have uhhhhhhh

Goo
I am an unashamed Taco Bell fan. It’s the best fast-food restaurant by a landslide. The food, the vibe, the commitment to repurposing 5 ingredients for the rest of time. It’s amazing to behold. Yes, I have some gripes about the recent increases in price and I’ll never forgive them for getting rid of the Volcano menu, but that’s a story for another day. One thing I don’t love about Taco Bell is the inaccuracy of the orders I place.
There was a Taco Bell in La Mirada that got my order right. Every. Single. Time. However, since moving the one near my house seems less committed to excellence. Life’s hard though. I get it. What if, to help set customer expectations, there was a chip in the app that showed the likelihood of your order being prepared correctly?
I’d venture to guess that this would be heavily contingent on individual item customizations, order complexity, and how busy that location is when you place the order. This data is somewhat feasible to source because people could self-report whether or not an order is accurate when they receive the food. I don’t see Taco Bell building this, but it’d definitely be helpful in tempering user expectations.
