Teams give “feedback” on caller quality
Rating what matters

Knowledge workers spend a significant amount of their time in meetings. At Square and Cash App, we primarily used Google Meet; however, millions of people worldwide spend their days in Microsoft Teams. At the end of a call, you’re asked to review the quality of the call. I’d venture to guess they’re working to improve the quality of the underlying product. However, this is a great surface area to collect feedback on your team members.
What if you were asked to rate your team members or provide even more actionable feedback? If anonymized and collected in large forums, this could be beneficial for company leaders. However, in smaller contexts, it’s just hurtful.
I don’t imagine a world where Microsoft builds this because it might be a catalyst for lawsuits, but if they integrated with an HR platform, there might be an idea here.
