Ticketmaster fight for a better seat

A friend notified me that tomorrow Jake Paul will be fighting Mike Tyson. Nothing makes sense anymore. Why is a YouTuber fighting a boxer whose career started decades before YouTube existed? We live in the weirdest timeline.

That said, weird timelines are fun. Getting tickets to see this fight, not so fun. Ringside tickets are like $3,000, which is crazy.

This got me thinking about people who bought tickets, but want a better seat. What if there was a feature where you could challenge the person ahead of you to a boxing match? Frankly, fights would likely break out at a boxing match if a fan gets unruly, but I’ve never heard of people literally duking it out for a chair.

Ticketmaster already does some pretty egregious things with fees, so while I don’t see them condoning violence, I can imagine them creating a way to pay more for better visibility (beyond just a better ticket).
