Tinder ex testimonials

Dating is tough, and it seems like it’s only getting tougher with things like Tinder’s recent addition of height filters (which yes, this is a feature I made satirically a few years ago). I can’t imagine being on dating apps today, though I’ll say being 6’6 likely shields me from some of the things many people have to go through these days.

This addition did get me thinking about the experience of being on dating apps. There are likely some people on the market who would be a rare catch (or a nightmare), but it’s difficult to quantify through a few pictures and a bio.

This got me thinking… what if there was an option for past dates to write testimonials or reviews to show up on your profile? Realistically, the damage this could do would massively outweigh the potential benefits, but the idea is funny to imagine. If we are thinking about practical applications, I could see this being useful if reviews were only visible to the profile owner, but that’d likely be quite hurtful.
