Uber Eats leftovers

Happy Friday!

Last time I used Uber Eats I had a 103 degree fever and was trapped in my hotel room in San Francisco. Truly a terrible experience. A lot of stuff I ordered I either did not eat or could not finish because I was so sick.

A lot of people don't finish their food. This presents an opportunity...

What if there was a leftovers marketplace on Uber Eats? You could buy "gently-used" meals for a steep discount.

This is obviously a legal, compliance, health, and PR nightmare. It's also just gross. I do however find it very, very funny to reposition meals as "gently-used". It's dystopian, but given the success of products like Imperfect Foods and how expensive just being alive is getting there is probably some merit to this idea.
