Uber let me drive

Sometimes Uber drivers can be pretty unhinged. Whether it’s speeding, talking loudly on their phone, or trying to talk too much, it can be a lot. This is especially frustrating when you are trying to get somewhere fast. You can’t specify how aggressive you want your driver to be, which means you might not make it to your destination in time.

What if there was an option to let you drive your Uber? Your driver would show up in a car, move to the passenger seat, and let you drive. Of course, they would be happy to help with directions or just make some casual conversation if desired.

There are a bunch of liability concerns that get in the way of this project ever coming to life. However, it’s an entertaining thought exercise.
