United option to jump out of the plane
To get home faster, obviously

One of my least favorite parts about flying is how long it takes to get home once you’re “home”. If your flight gets in early, you’re stuck on the tarmac waiting for someone else to leave. If you checked a bag, you have to wait forever while your bag makes its way through the inner workings of an airport (if it makes it at all).
This got me thinking… There has to be a more efficient way to get home faster. For those with a higher risk tolerance, what if you could eject yourself from the plane when the plane flies over your home? Sure, planes don’t necessarily fly directly over your house, but even if you got within a few miles, it might be more efficient to Uber from the ground rather than the entire deplaning process and traveling from the airport.
This concept is interesting because I could see people using it. People hate waiting for anything, so if the parachuting process were safe and reliable, this could be a pretty easy upsell. However, I doubt other people on the plane would appreciate the loss in cabin pressure and wind that comes with opening up part of the plane.
