Venmo option to get an ex mafia member to recover payments

We all have friends who are slow to pay when we send a request for payment on Venmo. Sometimes you have to really go after them to get paid.

The same is true when you’re freelancing. The best clients pay on time but then you have people who you have to constantly ping in order to get paid.

It’s frustrating.

In the old days, a loan shark would beat you up or intimidate you to get you to pay. Those days are gone, but what if Venmo had an upsell where an “enforcer” like Craig could find your friend and have them cough up that payment (or force them to hit a button)?

There’s an interesting angle here if the underlying charge is hard enough. Venmo and Craig could split the commission. On the other hand, you could more easily charge someone interest on their late payments.
