WeWork reserve a car

Happy Thursday all.

I’m assuming a large portion of you work in tech or are at least familiar with the tech industry. Coworking is a now commonplace part of work, and WeWork is a primary player.

Typically, you can reserve a room, desk, or get a contract for an office at a WeWork location. This serves both traveling workers and more permanent offices, but what about people on the go?

Daniel Radding (@dradding on Twitter) had a suggestion that solves this: WeWork cars

For this mock-up I showed the WeWork app map with a couple of available cars and their locations throughout Portland.

If you tap on the 2019 Ford Fusion you can see the rate, featured, and option to book the car to take a meeting or just work on the go.

This is an interesting convergence of apps like Turo and WeWork. I’m not certain there’s a huge market for this, but there might be something here…
