Zillow pay to evict current resident

Hope your weekend is off to a great start.

Finding a place to rent that's affordable, much less a home has unfortunately become a dream that is out of reach for many. Thankfully things have cooled down a bit from the insanity that was the 2020-2021 real estate market, but it's still wild out there.

So if you're really desperate... what if you could pay a fee and force evict a tenant?

Of course, before you evict them you'll have to see their names and faces just to humanize the current tenants a bit more.

The saddest part about putting this design together was thinking about the fact that many people would A) think this is a good idea and B) actually have capital to force out people who wouldn't be able to find another place to live.

However, it could be a moneymaker for Zillow.
